Training for Certified SAFe Product Owners and Product Managers - Part I

1. The Learning Objectives - Learn the Key Principles and Practices of SAFe. Apply SAFe in Lean Organisations with help of value stream method and the lean Agile minset. Understand Product owner and Product Manger's responsibilities.

2. The Learning Objectives: Develop a clear vision for the product or solution, build a roadmap for the solution, and become proficient in all aspects of PI (Program Increment) planning and execution in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.

3. Learning Objectives: Develop a clear vision for the product or solution, create a roadmap for the solution, and become proficient in all elements of PI (Program Increment) planning and execution in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.

4. Learning Objectives: Improve your ability to communicate a clear and compelling vision for Agile teams and programs, set PI (Program Increment) objectives, and successfully identify, track, and resolve dependencies.

5. Learning Objectives: Master the fundamental parts of Lean-Agile frameworks by actively engaging in and managing Product Owner (PO) Sync meetings, as well as orchestrating System Demos for large-scale solution visibility.

  • Passing Score: 80% 
  • Delivery: web-based, closed book, no outside assistance 
  • Access: Certification exams can be accessed in your Scaled Agile Community portal.  
  • Cost: Initial cost is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. 
  • Retake Fee: $50; $250 for SPCs 
  • Retake Policy: First retake may be taken immediately after the first failed attempt. Second retake may be taken 10 days after the first retake. Third retake may be taken 30 days after the second retake. All subsequent retakes require a 30-day wait.
