The Scrum Alliance's Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is the most important and globally accepted one. It is the Product Owner's responsibility to create a product vision, establish product goals, and assist everyone involved in the project in appreciating and collaborating on them. It is possible to advance awesome products or services using the Scrum framework. By gaining a detailed understanding of the program's business side, candidates can improve their overall project performance.

A CSPO workshop will help you understand and experience the responsibilities of a Product Owner. During the training, candidates will learn how to create a product vision (long-term goal), end-to-end deliverables, components of a product backlog, and ways to bring excitement to their customers.

Requirements
Candidates interested in taking up CSPO training do not need to meet any prerequisites. Ideally, the Candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a Scrum team.
